The company has a team of passionate and creative designers, who are able to come up with innovative ideas for each project. We apply unique design principles to create attractive and aesthetically pleasing buildings. Their main focus is to ensure customer satisfaction. Our company will strive to understand customer expectations and strive to exceed the expectations of our customers in every project. 2.2 Production Stages

2.2.1 Stages of Consultation and Costs

At this stage we conduct question and answer activities with consumers to understand the needs and desires of consumers, as well as conduct an initial analysis to identify the estimated cost of design services.

The more information obtained from consumers, the easier it is for architects to understand the picture / desire of consumers. The information needed usually starts from the land area, building concept, and the needs of the necessary facilities.

2.2.2 Design Stages

At this stage the architect will make design preparations which include checking all data and information received, making analysis and processing of data so that all needs, development requirements, and development goals can be fulfilled perfectly. The architect will create a basic design concept that is considered in all related fields.

2.2.3 Draft Designing

Draft design is a process that aims to provide simple design results by drawing hand sketches commonly referred to as manual or others.

2.2.4 Pre Plan Design

Pre-plan is the first step in the design process, at this stage architects and consumers will have discussions to express all ideas and ideas owned by consumers in order to get an idea of an initial design. Furthermore, the architect will design a more detailed drawing and later it will be explained in detail to consumers.

2.2.5 Working Drawing/Design

The architect team will explain some of the things that have been produced in the previous stage in detailed drawings and technical descriptions so that the resulting documents can later explain the implementation process and supervise the construction to be carried out. The resulting technical documents are working drawings, all details of construction costs, material specification documents, construction engineering requirements, calculation of the quantity of work, and clear and accurate estimates of the cost of implementing construction.

2.2.6 Revision

At this stage, the consumer will check whether the results of the design drawings made are in accordance with his wishes and needs. If the hail drawing design is not in accordance with the wishes of consumers, then the architect must revise to produce a design that is in accordance with the wishes of consumers.

2.2.7 3D Model Creation

The architect will continue the work on making 3D models. The process of creating 3D models is done by architects using computers with 3D modeling technology to create a more realistic representation of the real world than 2D carousels or images.

2.2.8 Final Design

At this stage, the designer will re-examine his work to reduce the risk of irritation. The designer will also prepare the output needs based on the results of the finished design.
